If you are experiencing difficulties using Patient Rewards Hub, you can try clearing your browser history to make Patient Rewards Hub run smoothly again.
Here are instructions for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Apple Safari.
Google Chrome
- In your URL, copy and paste the following: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Choose the items you want to clear. You'll want to select at least these four:
• Clear browsing history
• Clear download history
• Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
• Empty the cache

Then open the drop-down list at the top and choose "the beginning of time"
- Click "Clear Browsing Data"
Mozilla Firefox
- Click on the button in the top right-hand corner that has three horizontal lines.
- Click on the History button.
- From the History menu, select "Clear Recent History." If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
- Select "Everything" in the drop-down list at the top.
- In the Details section, select at least the following four choices:
• Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files or Cache
• Cookies or Cookies and website data
• Browsing and Download History or History
• Form & Search History
- Click "Delete."
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Version 9, 10, and 11
- Select "Tools" (from the Gear icon)
- Click "Safety"
- Select "Delete Browsing History..."
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Click "Delete." A confirmation will appear at the bottom of your screen.
Version 8
- Select "Tools" then choose "Internet Options."
- Click on the "General" tab, then click the "Delete" button and choose the following options:
• Clear download history
• Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
• Empty the cache
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Click "Delete."
Apple Safari
- From the Safari menu, select "Reset Safari."
- Select "Remove all website data" (along with any other options you'd like to clear out), then click "Reset."
